Pour la première fois, l’ancien chef économiste de la Banque mondiale, Nicholas Stern, a étudié l’impact à court terme du réchauffement climatique sur l’économie mondiale : si les Etats ne prennent aucune mesure rapide, les changements climatiques pourraient provoquer la récession catastrophique.
